1. Introduction: By accessing, purchasing, or using M44 Studio’s services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern all design and customization services created from customer‑uploaded files.

2. Services Provided: M44 Studio customizes and enhances customer‑uploaded files and does not create academic, legal, or professional content from scratch; all content remains the customer’s sole responsibility.

3. File Uploads: Customers must upload files in compatible formats such as PPT, PDF, or JPG and ensure they are free from viruses, malware, harmful content, or copyright violations; M44 Studio may refuse any file that violates these requirements.

4. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit Cards, and all payments must be completed before work begins.

5. Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), may change without notice, and additional charges may apply for urgent or complex requests.

6. Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email does not signify acceptance, and M44 Studio reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled.

7. Design Process: Work begins after file review, and M44 Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing files, incorrect files, customer inaction, or failure to provide required information.

8. Revisions: Each project includes up to three revisions, and additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges or be treated as a new order.

9. Delivery: Completed designs are delivered electronically, and M44 Studio is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, email provider restrictions, or customer device or internet problems.

10. Returns and Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not offered, and once work has begun, no refunds will be issued; refunds may be granted only at M44 Studio’s sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.

11. License of Use: Customers receive a limited, non‑transferable license to use the completed designs and may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share any M44 Studio designs without written permission.

12. Use of Submitted Content: By submitting content, customers grant M44 Studio a royalty‑free license to use designs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes without disclosing personal identifying information.

13. Privacy Policy: We collect only the information necessary to process orders and do not share personal information with third parties unless required by UAE law.

14. Liability: M44 Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, academic, professional, or legal damages arising from the use of our services, and customers assume full responsibility for their content and outcomes.

15. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by UAE law, and all disputes must be resolved in UAE courts.

16. Amendments: M44 Studio may update these Terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon posting; customers are responsible for reviewing them periodically.

17. User Conduct: Customers must use our services lawfully, and harmful, illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content may result in account termination or legal action.

18. Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures, but no system is completely secure, and M44 Studio is not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

19. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and M44 Studio and supersede all prior agreements.

20. Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.

21. Waiver: Failure by M44 Studio to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision unless stated in writing and signed by M44 Studio.

22. International Use Restriction: M44 Studio operates exclusively under UAE law and does not accept, recognize, respond to, or process any complaints, claims, reports, legal notices, disputes, or requests from individuals, companies, institutions, or authorities outside the United Arab Emirates; all concerns must be handled solely within the UAE.

23. Legal Compliance: M44 Studio complies only with UAE laws and does not comply with foreign laws, foreign privacy regulations, or international reporting systems.

24. Template Disclaimer: This presentation is a design template intended solely to demonstrate layout, structure, and visual style, and all example text, terminology, case studies, statistics, and references are placeholders that may not be accurate, verified, or up to date and do not constitute academic, legal, instructional, professional, or factual advice.

25. User Responsibility for Template Content: Users are fully responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and replacing all placeholder content, and M44 Studio is not liable for grades, academic outcomes, professional consequences, legal implications, misunderstandings, incorrect terminology, outdated information, inaccurate references, or claims from authors, companies, institutions, governments, or third parties.

Privacy Policy: M44 Studio collects only the information necessary to process orders and deliver services, including names, email addresses, uploaded files, and order details, and we do not collect or store credit card numbers or banking information, as all payments are processed securely through Wix’s approved providers; we do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to any third party except when required by UAE law, and all data is stored securely on encrypted servers, with users fully responsible for the content they upload and for ensuring their own compliance with institutional, academic, or legal privacy requirements.

28. No Responsibility for User Interpretation: M44 Studio is not responsible for how users interpret, understand, modify, or apply any design, example, placeholder text, or visual element, and we are not liable for any negative outcomes, misunderstandings, or consequences resulting from user interpretation or misuse.

29. No Third‑Party Liability: M44 Studio is not liable for any claims, complaints, disputes, or legal actions brought by third parties, including authors, companies, institutions, governments, or individuals, arising from any content, examples, terminology, or references included in customer files or templates.

30. No Guarantee of Accuracy: M44 Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any placeholder text, examples, terminology, statistics, or references included in templates, and users must verify all information independently before use.

31. No Responsibility for External Impact: M44 Studio is not responsible for any emotional, reputational, academic, professional, or legal impact caused to any person, company, institution, or entity as a result of placeholder examples, fictional scenarios, or illustrative content included in templates.

32. User Indemnification: By using our services, customers agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless M44 Studio from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of our designs, their uploaded content, their modifications, or their distribution of the final work.

34. No Responsibility for Real‑World Consequences: M44 Studio is not liable for any real‑world consequences, including academic penalties, professional issues, legal disputes, or personal conflicts, arising from the use of our designs or templates.
35.All ready‑made PowerPoint templates are digital products and therefore non‑refundable. Once purchased, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

36. Purpose of Service Disclaimer: M44 Studio provides design and formatting services only, and our templates are intended solely to demonstrate visual layout and presentation structure; we do not provide academic content, research, factual information, or subject‑matter expertise, and users are fully responsible for creating, verifying, and supplying their own content.

37. Academic Misconduct and Plagiarism Disclaimer: M44 Studio is not responsible or liable for any academic integrity violations, plagiarism findings, originality issues, disciplinary actions, penalties, or institutional consequences resulting from the user’s submission, modification, or use of our templates, designs, examples, or placeholder content, and users are solely responsible for ensuring that their final work complies with their university’s academic policies, originality requirements, and plagiarism rules.
